Pop the Bubbles

Hi guys. Hope you're all having a lovely day. I have a L'oreal polish swatch for you today, the polish is called "Pop the Bubbles". It's a polish I purchased and had posted on Instagram a long while back. The formula is really good in my opinion, and it went on easily. I put on 2 coats, and once dried, the polish had some texture. I actually really liked the feel of it without a top coat, it's different from all the other polishes I own. This polish is beautiful and perfect for Winter, it just reminded me of Christmas and snow (and Queen Elsa).

Thanks for reading, until next time.

Top Coats Used:

Glitter Storage

Hello my lovely readers! On this post, I'm going to talk about glitter storage.

Many months ago, my sister got me some cute glitters from the Dollar Tree. Many of you have probably seen or even bought some yourselves. The different glitters each come in their own tiny vial, and even though they are very cute, it's a pain to use them. The glitter itself is great, but getting it out to use and cleaning up later just frustrates me. I usually dump out a bit of glitter, and when I'm done I have to pick up all the leftover glitter and put it back in the vial. The vial has a small opening, and most of the time I have to put the extra glitters in one by one. So, I had been wanting to get some containers where I wouldn't have to struggle as much.

Two weeks ago I went to Dollar Tree, and I was just walking the aisles. I came across the part of the store where they have the 7 day pill organizers. I might have seen people use them for this sort of thing before, but I can't recall. (Or maybe I'm thinking about them being used as lip gloss containers, like when they make their own with crayons and what not.) Well, I started looking through them and found one that I thought was perfect. I didn't want one with the days of the week written on them, so the one I found was great for me. You can see a picture of it below (featuring my little niece's finger, hahaha!), it's a tube-like container with 7 compartments. Oh, and I love that the compartments are each different colors, like a beautiful rainbow. These containers will make it easier to pick up the glitter without having to dump it out. Yay for simple solutions, lol!

I hope you found this post a bit helpful. Maybe it can inspire you to do something similar, or just inspire you in general.

Thank you for reading, and I hope you enjoyed.

Frazzle Dazzle/ 3, 2, 1derland/ Hot Lava

Yay, it's officially Fall!

So, today I have 3 swatches for you. They are Sally Hansen, one is a Hard Nails Xtreme Wear polish and the other 2 are Complete Salon Manicure polishes. They are gorgeous, and I love that the Complete Salon Manicure polishes dry pretty fast. I will try to describe each polish as best as I can.

The first one is "Frazzle Dazzle". A clear base glitter topper with copper and gold micro-glitter, various sized copper and gold hex glitters, and long black bar glitters. It's a wonderful fall polish, it reminds me of Halloween actually. I did a swatch showing 1 coat on my pointer, 2 coats on my middle, 1 coat over white on my ring finger, and 1 coat over black on my pinky.

Second up is "3, 2, 1derland". It's a clear base glitter topper with blue and green hex glitters in various sizes. This one to me is very mermaid-y or "Under The Sea". I really liked it, especially because it didn't take long to dry, which surprised me. Again, the swatch shows 1 coat on my pointer, 2 coats on my middle, 1 coat over white on my ring finger, and 1 coat over black on my pinky.

The last polish is "Hot Lava". I fell in love with this polish when I saw it, but I was afraid that it would be one of those polishes that look good in the bottle and not on the nail. Fortunately I was mistaken and it looks gorgeous. It's an orange polish with gold shimmer, I can't even describe it correctly. The picture doesn't do it justice, it's just a must-have polish. It can look coral-y in 1 coat, even a bit pinkish-orange. In the bottle you can see: orange, yellow and gold. It dries pretty quick, which I love.
