Purchased By Me / Giveaway Prize
Happy Friday guys, I hope you're all doing well.
So apparently, this is my 100th blog post. I can't believe it, but here's to 100 more.
Anyways, today I have some Mermaid Nails for you. A few weeks back I went to the beach with my family, and I did this mani for the occasion. Some of you probably saw a sneak peek on Instagram, but now I can finally give you a better look at the mani. I hope you guys like it.

So I started off with the blue and lime green as my base colors. On my lime green nails I decided to stamp some scales, and I used the same blue polish I used on my other nails. Since the image wasn't as opaque as I wanted, I went back and stamped on the image a second time. Unfortunately, it makes the scales look blurry in the pictures, it wasn't as noticeable in real life. I did try my best lining it up to the first image, but I don't have a clear stamper, so I did what I could. Anyways, I let the images dry and moved on to adhering the charms on my other nails. Before applying the charms I applied a coat of top coat and let it dry. Usually I just use top coat to apply my charms, but since I was going to wear these out for a while, I went with nail glue instead. I put some of the glue on my nail and then applied the seahorse on my middle nail. Then I applied the starfish, rhinestone and stud the same way on my ring finger. To finish the mani, I applied top coat on my stamped nails.
Close-Up:
So what do you guys think? I actually really loved them, although it was a bit difficult having bigger charms on my nails because I'm not used to them. Oh, and here's the picture I posted on Instagram, in case you hadn't seen it.

Well I hope you liked the mani and post. As always, thank you for stopping by and until next time.

Oh wow this design is stunning. I love that you used some slightly deeper shades for the design. The embellishments are also incredible, I need to get some!

Thanks Vicky, I'm very glad you liked it. I'm also in need of additional embellishments and charms, I had to use a plain silver stud because I had no pearls. Lol. But I guess it works.
DeleteAgain, thank you so much for the lovely comment.
